2. Reservations & Orders:

• Online food orders are subject to availability and serviceable delivery areas.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject orders or bookings without assigning a reason.
• Please note that we don’t accept reservations. Seating is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Pricing & Payment:

• All prices are listed in [INR] and are exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified).
• Payment can be made via cash, card, UPI.
• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or revise orders.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
• Once food is handed over for delivery or pickup, responsibility shifts to the customer.
• If an order is placed directly at the CCDD branch where the CCDD employee will deliver, in that case responsibility will be on CCDD till it is handed over to the customer.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Online Orders:

• Cancellation of online food orders must be requested directly through the respective food delivery partner. The cancellation and refund policy of the delivery partner will apply and govern all online order cancellations.

• Refund timelines depend on your payment service provider/payment gateway.
  

In-Restaurant Orders:

• Orders placed through our in-house delivery desk are final and cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• Customers must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing orders. 
• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that dishes are completely free from allergens.

7. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Content (text, images, menu, logo) is owned by Chulha Chauki Da Dhaba Private Limited and cannot be copied without permission.
