11. Rules & Regulations:

• Restaurant Working Hours:
  – Monday to Thursday excl Holidays 12:00 Noon to 3:30 PM  & 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM
    Friday to Sunday & Holidays 12:00 Noon to 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM
  – Orders to be taken till 3:35 PM & 10:35 PM
  – However, CCDD Management reserves right to change the above mentioned
    timings based on necessity without any prior notice.

• Shifting of guests from one table to another is not permitted during weekends (Friday to Sunday).

• To serve the best, guests are requested to place their complete orders (Starters as well as Main Course) in one go, especially during weekends to avoid delay.

• Chulha Chauki da Dhaba is primarily a NON- VEGERATIAN Restaurant, where Vegetarian Foods are also prepared in the same kitchen and served.

• We use “Halal” meats only.

• We take min. 25 Mins. to prepare and serve you food. However, it may vary depending upon rush on that particular time.

• Foods and beverages, once ordered and confirmed can not be cancelled in any situation.

• Guests will be allotted tables on first come first serve basis. No request for out of turn table allotment will be entertained in any situation. Guests are requested not to embarrass our staff and insist for out of turn table allotment.

• Guests will be allotted table once all members of the group are present.

• Any kind of outside foods & beverages are strictly not allowed inside the restaurant for consumption.

• We take utmost care in preparing foods for you. We follow and maintain all food safety and hygiene norms laid down by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).  However, in the rarest of rare case, if in any foreign particles found, we will replace the dish for you. We regret that we won’t be able to offer any DISCOUNT in any situation.

• The above rules and regulations are strictly followed in this restaurant. However, the Management of this restaurant reserves rights to make any exception for its business benefit.
